1. Return Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of the sate of purchase.
2. Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the carrier you select and displayed for at you on our on-line store. This will allow you will know the exact amount of shipping cost of your order before you enter your credit card information. Some items mention an additional shipping charge and this will be added to your order total. A final sales order confirmations will be emailed to you once your order is processed.
Energy Beam Sciences preferred method of shipping is UPS, however you may choose the option that best fits your needs. For carrier descriptions, please visit the shipper's website. When you check out of the on-line store, several shipping methods and their costs are available to you. Orders placed before 1:00 P.M. EST are typically shipped the following day. Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Materials containing hazardous material are only shipped on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday by Fed Ex ground.
While we stock many of our products, some of our products may be drop-shipped from our suppliers or manufacturers. Whenever possible we stock and ship products in-house so you receive your order quickly, but it's simply not possible to keep all items in stock all the time. Split shipments will be at Energy Beam Sciences discretion, unless otherwise specified.
Energy Beam Sciences reserves the right to bill your credit card for addresses and/or zip codes incorrectly submitted. Most shipping companies charge for address-correction errors, and we reserve the right to pass these additional charges to you. In addition, if you ask the delivering carrier to route your package to an alternate address, we reserve the right to pass those additional fees along to you.
Military shipments (APO) may have additional charges that cannot be reflected in the website. A notice of these additional charges will be emailed to you and charged on your credit card. UPS and Fed Ex do not deliver to PO Boxes or to military APO addresses. Shipping or additional charges are not refundable.
Your Sales Invoice will detail which items have been shipped, how much was billed to you, and if any item(s) may be on backorder. This Sales invoice will also be emailed to you once your order has been processed. EBS will also provide a shipment tracking number on Fed Ex overnight shipments, so you can track the status of your order using the shipping carrier’s website. If you require a tracking number, please make sure to use FedEx or specify in the comment section of the order.
3. Pricing Policy
We make an effort to ensure that the pricing on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not gaurantee that all pricing is correct. In the event that there is a difference between the web price and the actual price, the actual price will be used.
4. Changes to this Statement
Energy Beam Sciences has the discretion to occasionally update this statement. When we do, we will also revise the “updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to these policies and any updates.
